i tried to associate my depression to the absense of hand write pad and the inability to write down my feelings in chinese ( if this is true, does that mean all i have to do to make myself happy again is to 1. buy a hand write pad to use at office 2. learn typing chinese 3. or just forget it and try my best to type in english)

i guess i will pick this journal up again :)
