| In order to buy some souvenirs before our departure, we came back to the same place on the next day, only to find out that today was Eid al-Adha, festival of sacrifice. The whole medina was empty!!

| We only saw some families with their sheep in the Place de la Victorie

| Eid al-Adha is the festival to commemorate the story that Abraham almost sacrificed his son to God. So nowadays the muslims will sacrifice these sheep on that day. I guess these kids were waving goodbye to their pets! Poor things!
