Reception of Ksar Hadadda. The receptionist/owner was the only living being here (besides the tourists)
| They have renovated part of the Ksar and turned into a hotel, but soon it, too became deserted
| One of the rooms have been converted for display on Berber arts and crafts
| The Tifinagh alphabet, in which the Berbers spoke

Right opposite to Ksar Haddada was a local school. The students were boarding the bus for home
| Nice car~ with the unusually high suspension it seems like a proper 4WD
| After leaving Ksar Hadadda, we passed through the Dahar mountains to Matmata
| As of now I am still not too sure what the black patch was, shade of the clouds (not many clouds in the sky) or something else?

After 2 hours drive, we finally arrived Matmata. The first place we visited was Hotel Sidi Driss, where the Episode IV of Star Wars was filmed
| Nailing a Darth Vader towel to the wall might remind you the reason why you were here, but for us, lunch was a more desperate reason!
| We were finally seated for lunch in one of the rooms of this underground troglodyte home at around 3PM
| OK I skipped the brik photos as I figure out that you guys should have already seen enough, just like in the same way that I have had enough of that oily stuff... Still, I left the photo of the chicken couscous (I know we have seen that), just to remind me we actually had lunch here!
