Vincent Poon :: The Food

Although the food variteties were not as great as Seabel Alhambra's, they made it up with quality and more importantly, an abundance of shrimps and fishes.... and did I mention that they actually had a Japanese restaurant in the hotel? No French, no Italain, no German but just ONE Japanese restaurant? Was it good? I dunno as I was not that desperate enough to pay to try out the Tunisian-style Japanese!

and I had pinenut tea.. I thought it was a special blending of the nuts and tea... I just could not believe it when I first saw how it was served.
It's dinner time again
Salad bar corner tonight... judging from the flower that is made from tomato and cucumber, I believe these stuff were quite real
Today's special was some sort of pork chop

Fruits corner, the Tunisian dates were good
ice-cream, again, not easily found on the streets of Tunisia
This was 'Le Serail' where we had our buffet breakfast and dinner for these 2 days
If the weather is good, you could sit outside (of course you have to be quick too!)
