Really wished I could stay in one of these hotels...

Finally decided to take a break at the restaurant... (and can use their private road back up to the cliff if we are customers)

This is the view from the restaurant... and yes, we have the restaurant exclusively! (for a short while)

and the price we paid for all these was hefty though!

Bird of Greece.. I am more interested in the other type of birds. (ie. those that walk around the streets, shops and carry handbags)

Finally back to the main street of Fira ... yes finally you see cars and ATVs.

This is the place for my lunch, for the 2nd time. Was here last year... why come back? because it was cheap and made you full!

My lunch, only a few euros

Since we ran out of money to take the cable car back down, we had to walk down to the old port...

On the way is the donkey station, basically these animals were barging the road (and occasionally brush you with their tails)... and watch out if you walked past their behinds too...

You really have to mind the slippery steps and also those on top of the steps too...

This guy carried his bike down this path... imagine how he carried this up at the beginning?
