Mount Olive is really famous for the place where Jesus was betrayed and arrested after the Last Supper, and also the place where he ascended into Heaven 40 days after resurrection.

Unless you are still young and fit and energetic, otherwise plan yourself properly if you want to tread the footsteps of Jesus in this mountain. Trust me.

Or unless you have a car........

They are basically everywhere... It is interesting to see so many different languages and alphabets in one place

A small praying corner is located on the north side of the cave. I should have saved my prayer here too..

After Church of Pater Noster, I went down the road (AGAIN) to the Church of Dominus Flevit

and this time it was open!

After entering the gate I saw this strange building...

a closer look showed a few ossuaries inside!
