Vincent Poon :: Snorkeling in the Dolphin Reef

This is the place where you can get really close to the dolphins, be it by snorkelling, scuba-diving or just be sticking your feet into the water.

This place is a haven to the dolphins. They can come and go as they like and it seems that they have made themselves quite comfortably at home here.

and yes, they don't have to perform at all!

Greetings! Welcome to Dolphin Reef!

The first animals I saw were those walking tailless peacocks. Since they have no tails, I did not pay much attention to "make them open".
This is the briefing room before we go for the snorkel. The crate there is for us to put our luggage in during the snorkel.
On the back of the room are pictures of the family found in the Reef. This is Sheba.
This is Nikita. Her name reminds me of the assassin. Hope she won't bite my head off in a snap~

Joker? Is this a joke? This certainly is a rare species. I wouldn't mind meeting him in the water.
Our guide. At the beginning she will make sure everyone can float like a corpse.
This is our video photographer, the most hardworking staff in the team. You have to pre-order your expensive DVD (120NIS) before hand and she will do her job during our snorkelling.
The first signs of dolphins I saw underneath. Amazing.

A giant moby dick swam nearby. Too bad my camera was not fast enough.
A sneezing dolphin (I think)... bless you~
People would ask how close could you get to the dolphins... well, see for yourself.
The photo centre - time to pick up your photos
