InterContinental Hong Kong is partnering with the French luxury brand Repetto to present a ballet themed Afternoon Tea Set. Inspired by the grace and beauty of a staged dance performance, exquisite savoury nibbles and delicate pastries take centre-stage in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge, with panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria Harbour as the dramatic backdrop.

Repetto is a French fashion brand that has been producing exquisite ballet-wear for over 70 years. Since 1947, ballet dancers from all over the world have been astounded by the delicacy and comfort of the brand’s dancewear and footwear with its unique fabrication process, entitled ‘stitch and return’. Today, Repetto is also a name recognised for the luxurious comfort of its city shoes and leather bags, with fashion fans all over the world.

To pay homage to the brand’s signature ‘stitch and return’ craftsmanship, InterContinental Hong Kong’s Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Executive Pastry Chef Christian Gonthier have selected special ingredients, including rocamadour cheese, walnuts and truffles, from the area nearby the Repetto Factory located in Saint Medard d’Excideuil in Dordogne, France.

Plain and Raisin Scones, served with Devonshire Clotted Cream, Earl Grey Tea Jelly and Mandarin Jam.

The Tea Set is served with a selection of Fine Mariage Frères Tea or Coffee.

The Afternoon Tea Set is available Monday-Friday: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 1:30pm – 6:00pm

HK$688 for two persons +10% service charge, plus 2 Repetto Gift Pouches.
